If you live anywhere in Chicago and wanted to learn how to ride a motorcycle, the Harley-Davidson® Riding Academy Learn to Ride Class is Harley-Davidson®’s Academy of Motorcycling will get you covered.
You’ll be riding a Harley-Davidson® Street 500 (may or may not be the latest model), but here are some of the base features of the bike you may want to know.

Courses Offered
Harley-Davidson Riding Academy
The Chicago Motorcycle School and Milwaukee Motorcycle School offer Harley-Davidson Riding Academy Learn to Ride Classes, which provide hands-on instruction for beginners who want to learn how to ride with confidence. To participate, you'll need to complete an online pre-course (MSF Basic eCourse), obtain a learner's permit if in Illinois, wear proper safety gear and bring your valid driver's license, among other requirements.
Advanced Riding School
Our Advanced 1 program is designed for experienced riders who want to improve and sharpen their skills through practice and training. The course includes hands-on instruction on various skills such as braking techniques, head placement, cornering, and swerve avoidance, and requires at least several thousand miles of riding experience and a valid motorcycle endorsement.
