From the street to the track to the trail, millions of individuals in American and in other parts of the world enjoy motorcycling. To some, motorcycling is just a means of transportation while to other it is for pleasure or passion. To fully enjoy your motorcycling experience, you can join the following motorcycle racing organizations found in US and Canada:

AMA Pro Racing is known to be the premier professional motorcycle racing organization in North America. They operate a full schedule of events and championships for a variety of motorcycle disciplines. According to their official website, they started promoting the motorcycle lifestyle since 1924. They are the world’s largest organization and it has been their goal to promote motorsports competition, and motorcycle recreational events. Through their Hall of Fame, the AMA preserves the heritage of motorcycling for future generations. Also, as the world’s largest motorcycle organization, they advocates for motorcyclists’ interest in the halls of local, state and federal government, through different committees of international governing organizations and the court of public opinion.
American Federation of Motorcyclists / AFM (http://www.afmracing.org/)
According to their official website, AFM or American Federation of Motorcyclists is a non-profit California corporation that was founded in 1954 by a group of sport riding enthusiasts in the North Bay Area. They are also known as the oldest racing organization in the country that is dedicated solely to motorcycle road racing.
American historic Racing Motorcycle Association/AHRMA (http://dev.ahrma.org/)
The American Historic Racing Motorcycle Association Ltd. is also a non-profit organization. This organization is dedicated to restoring and competing on classic motorcycles. AHRMA is also known as the largest vintage racing group in North America and one of the biggest in the world because of the increase in the number of people interested with classic bikes.
Calgary Motorcycle Roadracing Association/CMRA (http://www.roadracing.org/)
According to their official website, CMRA is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization incorporated in the province of Alberta, Canada. It was formed in 1987 and has the goal of providing local motorcycle enthusiasts a means to improve their motorcycling skills through racing. They are also one of highly respected organization throughout the Canadian motorcycling community.

This motorcycle racing organization was founded in 1946 and incorporated federally in 1957. They are known as Canada’s National Association for motorcyclists that has been serving the motorcycle community for over 60 years. According to their official website, they have been affiliated with the World Governing Body, Federation Internationale de Motorcyclisme (FIM) and are responsible to oversee their interests in motorcycling throughout Canada.
United States Classic Racing Association (http://www.race-uscra.com/)
This is the oldest vintage motorcycle racing organization in United States. They have the goal to preserving and racing use of historic racing motorcycles, foster close and competitive racing in a spirit of sportsmanship and camaraderie and accessibility of classic motorcycle racing to interested enthusiasts.
