Formerly called National Safety Council, Greater Ohama Chapter, National Safety Council offers Basic Rider Course and Basic Rider Course 2. Both are motorcycle safety training programs sanctioned by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation and the Nebraska Department of Motor vehicle. After completion of the BRC, riders can get their MSF completion card which will help them obtain their motorcycle endorsement.
