The Department of Public Safety in Minnesota offers motorcycle rider training courses. These courses are offered at 29 Minnesota State College and Universities campuses from mid-April through the first weekend in October. The Rider Academy in Minnesota is a trusted motorcycle education provider since 2006. They offer Basic Rider Course, Experienced Rider Course, Advanced Rider Clinic and private lessons to all levels of riders. Each class consists of 6-8 riders only for real individual coaching. The St. Paul Harley-Davidson offers motorcycle education to new and experienced riders through rider’s Edge; the Harley-Davidson Academy of Motorcycling. All courses are approved by the Motorcycle safety Foundation and taught by MSF certified instructors or Rider coaches.
