Maine Motorcycle Driver’s License
To drive a motorcycle in Maine, you need to get a specific motorcycle learner’s permit or motorcycle-endorsed driver’s license from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. All residents of the state who wanted to drive a motorcycle, motor scooter, moped, or a motorized scooter must pass the written and road test administered by the BMV to be able to get a motorcycle driver’s license. Since anyone caught driving any motor-driven vehicle without a license or permit is subject to criminal prosecution, this article will teach you how to get a motorcycle driver’s license in Maine.
